At The Clubroom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned sports equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
